- First test version of this book.

Version Beta 1.1 (Date 11 February 2015)

- Corrected error in the starvation boundary in Eq. 1.11 (L infinite should be Lm).
- Corrected an error in the TK for the situation where reserve has a different composition than structure (the volume of the reserve in the calculation of the elimination rate should be corrected for the different affinity of the chemical for structure and reserve).
- Changed my affiliations.
- Changed to A4 paper size.

Version Beta 1.2 (Date 14 August 2015)

- Added a section on joint confidence regions (5.3.2).
- Changed e-mail address and links to match the new format at debtox.info (old ones will continue to work).

Errors and problems spotted with the current version that will be updated in the next release.

- The "Making sense ..." e-book has been updated to provide a central position for the concept of 'damage' in DEBtox. However, the technical document does NOT YET reflect that. Effects are directly related to internal concentrations. I intend to update this, but this takes some time as a number of symbols will have to be modified. The DEBkiss e-book is already up-to-date, so I suggest to start there for a state-of-the-art model description.
- Added a warning for the joint confidence region (Section 5.3.2) that propagating a frequentist sample from a joint parameter region cannot be done in the same way as for a Bayesian sample.
