Version log SIMbyom package for BYOM

Version logging starts with 2.0 (earlier version have not been logged).

Version 2.0 (28 April 2017)

- Modified package so it runs with BYOM 4.0.

Version 2.1 (17 November 2021)

- Changed the way the option structure is used. Also added two new options: plotting the y-axis on log scale, and forcing the minimum y-axis to be zero. See sim_and_plot in the engine for all options.
- Modified package to run with BYOM v.6.0. Function calls for call_deri and derivatives modified to include 'glo'.
- Corrected an error that may have crept in because of changes in Matlab itself: axis labels were not plotted anymore (subsequent calls to subplot created a new axis system every time). This is now corrected.
